October Is For Our Youth
October is Youth Month: Preparing the Next Generation
Church family, **October is Youth Month at The King’s Worship Center International**, and our focus is clear: **Preparing the Next Generation.**
Psalm 78:4–8 reminds us that every generation has a responsibility to teach the next generation who G-D is, what He has done, and how they are to walk with Him. Our children are not simply the church of tomorrow. **They are part of the church today, and what we pour into them now helps shape who they will become.**
Throughout October, we will intentionally focus on **faith, identity, purpose, and leadership**, helping our children and young people understand that their lives have meaning in the Kingdom of G-D. We want them to know Scripture, encounter Jesus Christ for themselves, develop a biblical identity, and discover that G-D can use them at every age.
Parents, grandparents, guardians, and church family, **bring our children to church.** Make their spiritual development a priority. There are many voices competing for their attention, many influences attempting to define their identity, and an entire culture ready to disciple them if we do not. We cannot wait until they are adults to begin preparing them to stand.
**Bring the little ones. Bring the teenagers. Bring your children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and the young people connected to your family.** Invite another family to come with you.
We are believing G-D for a generation that will be **stronger in faith, secure in identity, clear about purpose, and prepared to lead.**
We are not merely trying to raise successful children. **We are raising disciples. We are preparing Kingdom leaders. We are preparing the next generation.**
