Matthew 6:25–34
Carry Less confronts the exhausting weight of anxiety, worry, and the pressure of trying to manage outcomes that belong to G-d. Jesus does not teach us to abandon responsibility; He teaches us to stop carrying what we were never designed to control.
Through Matthew 6, we discover that our Father already knows what we need, is already present in our tomorrow, and can be trusted with what is beyond our control. The lesson calls us to exchange anxiety for prayer, fear for faith, and the burden of tomorrow for the grace G-d has provided for today.
Big Idea: Before Jesus tells us what not to carry, He first teaches us that we can trust the One who carries
